Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds

A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading and award-winning law firm in Leeds. This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The Role:

You will work closely with a Senior Associate and Director, assisting on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims, while independently managing a caseload of around 40 lower-value and less complex files across a wide range of medical negligence matters.

You will handle your own files from initial case planning through to investigation, evidence gathering, the pre-action protocol, issuing proceedings, litigation and trial—with full supervision, support and training from senior team members.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Trainee Solicitor or experienced Paralegal
  • Previous experience running your own clinical negligence caseload
  • Background in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence work will be considered
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to case management
