Our client is hiring for multiple Clinical Operations Leads to provide diverse perspectives and expertise within your role. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Embrace a growth mindset.
  • Prioritise high-quality service delivery throughout your assignment.
  • Excel in dynamic, collaborative environments, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
  • Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience (experience in clinical trial management is advantageous).
  • Hold a university degree or have equivalent years of experience, with a preference for a focus in life sciences.
  • Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter who is passionate about achieving successful outcomes and delivering results during assignments.
  • Possess a robust understanding of the drug development process and relevant regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines.

In this role you will be working in and amongst a project team and a cross functional, global team, where you will drive operational excellence and stakeholder engagement to support leadership in clinical trials and sponsor-supported studies. You will also be responsible for:

  • Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring operational consistency.
  • Manage vendors and stakeholders, overseeing performance and fostering cross-functional relationships.
  • Lead by example, shaping team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage risk and compliance, develop monitoring strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate resource management and supply planning to support clinical study operations.
  • Provide oversight in selecting trial sites and guide operational representatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain key external stakeholder relationships to enhance leadership in clinical trials and sponsor-supported studies.

Location: Welwyn (Hybrid 2/3 days in office)

Salary: £339.27 - £376.97 per day (PAYE) OR £450 - £500 (UMB) per day

Full Time: 37.5 hours a week

6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
