We are currently hiring a motivated individual to join our team, with a role that involves working 50% from our office in Usk, 50% from your home office, and spending time with customers in the field alongside our salesforce

We are expanding our team and searching for a Product Manager to help shape our approach to engaging healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for product development.
- Product Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into innovative product concepts. Develop product roadmaps, value propositions, and positioning strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement upstream marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Identify target customer segments and establish effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Product Definition: Clearly define product requirements, specifications, and features in collaboration with R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Marketing Communication: Provide strategic direction for marketing communications, including segmentation and targeting. Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral and support marketing campaign strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for upstream marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, R&D, digital, and other departments to ensure product success. Coordinate with the downstream marketing team for successful product launches.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 Years experience in product management roles in the medical device and or appliance markets
- A Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science, Marketing or Business.
- Proven experience in defining value propositions and managing stage-gated product development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clinical stakeholders to develop product advocacy and drive adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for shaping market standards in minimally invasive surgery and driving business growth.

- Demonstrated ability to creatively and pragmatically convert product and customer feedback into valuable insights for the development of effective marketing programs.
- Excellent advocacy and persuasive abilities, adept at collaborating with local market and sales teams, influencing stakeholders, and building extensive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks.
Helpful if :
- Experience in medical device/solutions sales or clinical consulting is a significant asset.
- Clinical background in operating rooms or hospital/GP practice settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of renal conditions, dialysis, and stoma care would offer a distinct advantage.
