I am seeking a Clinical Regional Director for an established company. You will be covering around 10  Elderly Care homes in South East London and Kent.
You will be working for an established company which offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Clinical Regional Director responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple nursing care homes, ensuring high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance. Ensuring the provision of high quality care
  • Oversee the performance of Home Managers, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of outstanding care.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork among staff.
Clinical Regional Director Requirements:
  •  Previous experience in multi-site management within Care homes
  •  Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  •  RGN/RMN qualified with an active PIN is highly desirable but not essential
  •  A full UK driving licence
