Inizio Engage are excited to recruit for a Clinical Trainer on a Headcount basis for our client, a leader in the woundcare market.
The role will involve supporting, clinically educating and ensuring the growth of on formulary target brands across the compression, hosiery, and advanced wound care (AWC) therapeutic areas within the North region.
This is a great role for a Nurse with woundcare experience to work for an established and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Sales Team on maintaining existing and developing new compression business through the training of NHS Clinical Staff on compression aetiology and application of compression.
- Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialists to grow the AWC Brands.
- Provide innovative and valuable clinical training sessions that drive engagement from NHS Staff, building positive customer relationships to position our client as Industry Partners of choice.
- Support the achievement of annual sales and market share targets
- To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Company products, policies and objectives.
Key Skills:
- Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology and treatment options.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to utilise other internal resource.
- Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face to face and virtual environment.
