My market-leading client is on the search for a learning and development manager to join a fast-growing and successful learning team within an established organisation, This role has to do with delivering already training content.
An ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a current NMC PIN looking to transition into a learning and development (training) role
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the training schedule effectively
- Provide outstanding training to our staff using our established materials.
- Collaborate closely with our team to maintain consistent, high-quality training across all branches.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work with various department leaders to enhance and develop learning programs.
Requirements
- An individual with an innovative mindset
- Registered nurse with a current NMC PIN
- Passion for education and skill development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think innovatively
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others
