Cluster Facilities Manager - Secondary schools located in West London - September 2024

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager Are you able to work independently and across multiple school sites We have an exciting opportunity to work within a Small Cluster of thieving and forward-thinking schools.

The Schools are looking to appoint a proactive and experienced Facilities manager to service two of their school in a small cluster group. The Facilities Manager will join friendly, dynamic and collaborative teams. You will work with and be responsible for ensuring that the estate is well maintained and where relevant, competent contractors engaged to provide services. The schools are wonderful co-educational schools located in West London.

• Being responsible for the Operational management and day-to-day deployment of the premises teams that support the academies
• Line manager the Cluster Health & Safety co-ordinator
• Be responsible for the necessary liaison, Monitoring, coaching and advice on estates
• Salary dependent on current pay scale
• Alongside the Deputy Business manager, write and implement all of the academies Health and safety policies that relate to premises
• Ensure that the complexities of the individual schools are catered for within a strategic and relevant building development plan
• Making sure both Main building's energy centres and other high-spec facilities are functioning optimally
• Strong organisational skills
