Our client, an incredibly well-established Funeral Care business whom have been actively operating for well over 150+ years, are looking to recruit an innovative, personable Cluster/Area Manager to join their growing operation. Overseeing 8 x sites across North West London, this is an incredible opportunity to really put your own stamp on a popular, empathetic, growing business!

Our client have a portfolio of Funeral Homes across the UK, and strive to set the highest standards for the Funeral profession in terms of client service/care for the deceased - aware and empathetic to the most difficult period in anyone's lives, they are here to help with compassion, respect, openness and care. Following a huge company restructure in which they are focussing more than ever on providing an exceptional service, they are now seeking a new Cluster Manager to oversee their operation across the North West of London, managing 13 sites and ensuring business growth throughout the region. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing 13 x sites (and 20 FTE) across North West London
- Ensuring top quality and care of the deceased at all times, through each team/site
- Ensuring an incredible service is afforded to all clients, at all times
- Developing, leading and coaching team members to ensure potential is maximised
- Providing hands-on support within each team, demonstrating best practice and standards at all times
- Working within the community to increase brand awareness, increase partnerships and attract new customers - Delivering organisational growth across the branch network
- Providing effective management of the team, including the ongoing management of employee relations/issues in a caring, positive, engaging and inclusive environment
- Full accountability for ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of overseeing a high-performing, multi-site operation (very open to industry!)
- Experience of operating ata senior level in a commercial, customer-facing environment
- Experience of delivering organisational growth through wider teams
- Innovative thinker - keen to explore/implement new ideas
- Empathetic nature
- Strong commercial acumen
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Demonstrable ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth
- Proven ability to achieve results through the wider team
- Ability to influence, effectively develop and coach others to their full potential
- Full UK driving licence

As mentioned above - industry experience is not required (in fact, our client would prefer a candidate from a completely different background in order to inject fresh ideas!), and in addition to a very competitive salary, our client are also offering:

- £4,500 car allowance - Complete autonomy on own diary (splitting time between different sites as you see fit)
