Cluster Revenue Manager

Based in Austria, our international client are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis as Cluster Revenue Manager, with the flexibility of remote working and monthly visits to hotels in Austria.

This job would suit commercially minded and experienced revenue manager to be responsible for a cluster of hotels in Austria, designing the strategic direction for hotel revenues.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a cluster or multi-hotel revenue management role within a dynamic, fast-paced setting where rapid pricing decisions are routine. They must have strong proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, as well as excellent collaboration skills, methodical work habits, and a keen numerical aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software, including PMS and RMS systems, is required. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential.

Duties will include:

• Developing the strategic vision for hotel revenues, focusing particularly on room revenue
• Preparation of day-by-day forecast and budget and the associated tactical decision on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Control of room capacities in all segments and regular communication of the strategies and tactics used to the respective decision-makers
• Group price quotation in close cooperation with the adjacent departments
