Job Opportunity: Qualified Social Workers for Adults CMHT

Location: Join a supportive and close-knit team in an Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

Position: We are seeking 2 Qualified Social Workers (QSW) with experience in Adults Services, ideally within a CMHT.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Adults Services, within a mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in carrying out needs assessments under the Care Act 2014, including devising and implementing asset-based support plans.
  • Experience supporting customers to access universal and voluntary services.
  • Ability to conduct assessments, including carers' assessments, and formulate support plans under the Care Act 2014.
  • Strong knowledge and adherence to the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and other relevant social work legislation and practice guidance.
