Visa Sponsorship available for this Zeiss CMM Inspection position.

Syntech Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced Zeiss CMM Inspector to join a highly regarded engineering business based near Limerick, Republic of Ireland.
As the CMM Inspector, you will be required to carry out a regular inspection of machined parts along with first article inspection reports and operating/programming Zeiss CMM.

Quality inspector duties:

• Carrying out inspection of machined components
• Carrying out first article inspection reports (FAIRS)
• OperatingCMM (Zeiss)
• Signing off inspection sheet once full inspection report is complete
• Carrying out regular patrol inspection
• Following all H&S procedures as required

The Profile of a successful Quality Inspection:

• Experience with quality inspection hand tools (ideally to AS9100 standards)
• Experience operating CMMs is required
• Experienced with document measurements on FAI drawing
• Report writing knowledge/skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Have some experience with calibration
