Job Description:

Quest Employment are now recruiting dedicated and experienced CNC/Machine Operators. Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke washrooms systems and toilet cubicles. 

• Operate various manufacturing machines in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical skills preferred. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, occasional weekends and overtime if needed.
