We currently have two shifts avilable: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:15pm & Friday 7am - 1pm or Monday - Friday 5pm - 4.45am

ACS Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a CNC Machine Setter for our client in Daventry. In this role, you will accurately set and operate CNC machines to manufacture component parts according to production schedules and drawings.

Key Duties:

- Set up and operate CNC machines.
- Load components onto the machine and perform deburring during cycles.
- Conduct general machine shop operations, including conventional machine operations.
- Clean and inspect parts.
- Use gauges for measurements.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks aligned with departmental objectives.

Requirements:

- No formal qualifications needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in setting and operating CNC Mills and Lathes.
- Experience with DMG Mori machines is an advantage.
