Position Summary:

As an experience CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:
Programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts
Performing tool changes and program modifications when required.
Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Maintaining and developing processes with tight machining tolerances to deliver components that meet required specifications
Utilising advanced machinery control systems
Interpreting and understanding complex engineering drawings
Assisting in production planning to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
Addressing day-to-day machining issues promptly and effectively
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and legislative controls.
Providing supervision, training, and development opportunities for team members.
Collaborating closely with factory managers to drive operational excellence.
