A client based in Netherlands (Papendrecht) is looking for a CNC Programmer for an initial month contract.

CNC Programmer

  • Candidate must have extensive experience of generating multi axis CNC programs by using Mastercam software.
  • Hands on experience in preparing Machining Cycle Time (MCT) for various components.
  • Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer with Machining Background
  • Experienced in machine simulation software's CATIA/VERICUT/ICAM and machine Configuration setting.
  • Create manufacturing process 3D models using Catia/Siemens NX12 and above.
  • Added advantage for strong knowledge on designing a jigs and fixture for the optimized manufacturing process.
  • Excellent knowledge on Cutting tools, CNC Machines and Advanced Holding Fixtures.
  • Should be proficient enough to create manufacturing Process inspection sheets.
  • Candidate should be agile and quickly adapt to other duties as required and requested by the Manager, management and customer
  • Co-ordinate with respective team and validate the CNC programs, manufacturing process and inspection sheets.

Skills:

  • Candidate should be proficient in generating CNC programs for aerospace/Landing gear parts /structural components using Mastercam software.
  • Read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and Stage drawings.
  • Understand all GD&T symbols and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and their applications.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access & Excel.
