CNC Setter/Operator
Location: West Midlands
Hours: Mon – Thurs 1:00pm – 10:00pm / Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on experience)
Company: A leading manufacturer in the aluminium industry, specializing in aluminium extrusion fabrication, finishing, and assembly, prioritizing quality, reliable delivery, and competitive pricing for diverse market sectors.
Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced CNC Setter/Operators to play a crucial role in the production process for a leading Aluminium Extrusion Company.Your responsibilities will include:- Machine Setup: Configure and adjust CNC machines (specifically Alumatics type) according to precise job specifications.
- Safe Operation: Operate CNC machinery efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production targets.
- Some jobs run for 4-5 hours.
- Typically, 3-4 jobs need to be set up in sequence.
- After initial setup, the role involves operating the machines.
