Salary: £35,000-£45,000 DOE

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Benefits:

The Role:

· You will program, set and operate a multi-axis STAR Sliding head machine.

· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.

· You will be working with a STAR sliding head machine to produce components for an array of different industries and sectors.

· Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of material.

· You will join the busy workshop and be extremely important to the running of the team.

The Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Sliding Head Programmer and Setter (essential)

· Previous experience working with STAR machinery (advantageous)

· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)

· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances

· Self-motivated
