Role Requirements

To machine components to technical drawings and specifications

Duties and Responsibilities

? Set-up and operate CNC Lathes
? Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst
working within company Quality procedures.
? Self-inspection of your own work
? Preventative and General maintenance checks
? Ensure all HSE legislations are adhered to at all times

Competencies

Read and understand engineering drawings
? Ability to set and operate CNC lathes
? Ability to edit and prove out CNC Programs
? Ability to use a range of measuring equipment (micrometers,
verniers etc)
? Sound knowledge of geometrical tolerances
? Good attention to detail

Job Requirements Qualifications

? Minimum 5 years' experience operating CNC Machines
? Must have an Engineering Apprenticeship or similar
? Prototrak prograamming experience is advantageous
