We have been instructed by one of our manufacturing clients in Colchester to support in their recruitment of a CNC Turner.

The successful appointee will be working for a precision engineering company who offer design, turning, milling, finishing, polishing and coating services to clients in a range of sectors including oil & gas, heavy industry, refrigeration and more.

This organisation prides themselves on having a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

- Set and operate the CNC lathe

- Maintain tolerances

- Quality inspection and meeting quality standards

- Interpreting engineering drawings 

- Meeting production deadlines

Skills & Experience required:

- Relevant practical experience in a similar role within a precision engineering environment

- Setting and operating experience

- Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment
