Description
- Manage operational tasks within the infrastructure and facilities department.
- Provide administrative support in the department.
- Work closely with the department director to organise meetings, support with implementation of plans and maintaining paperwork.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate facilities management projects and ensure their timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide support to team members and promote a positive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and take notes/minutes.
- Handle any arising issues promptly and professionally.
Profile
A successful Co-Ordinator should have:
- An educational background in business administration/project management or equivalent.
- Experience in a Co-Ordinator or similar project support role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
- Strong admin skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
