Cocktail Bartender - South West London (Residential Block) - Up to £33k to start + Benefits

2x Bartenders / Mixologists required within a London Residential building / onsite restaurant.

Duties for the successful Bartender / mixologist are to include (but not be limited to);

  • Welcoming customers at the bar/lounge area
  • Ensure all customers in the area comply with the guest policy and they have right of access
  • Checking in/out customers via the dedicated portal
  • Preparing cocktails and other refreshments/snacks
  • Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
  • Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer
  • Report to Premium Facilities Host on low stock levels
  • Placing orders and managing stock levels
  • Ensuring compliance with Premises Licence (in terms of max occupancy, behavior, noise, ASB)
  • Cleaning the bar, washing glasses, and wiping down surfaces
  • Verifying the age and checking the identification of customers
  • Ensuring that the bar/lounge area is clean and free from customers by closing time

This role operates a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with working hours being 10.30am - 10.30pm (1 hour break).

Starting salary for Bartenders / mixologists will range from £29k - £33k (dependent on experience).
