We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join the team at our brand-new cafe in Lincoln’s Inn Fields, opened in the Spring of 2024!
Our kitchen serves a delicious, seasonal All Day Menu; and the cafe floor offers bespoke-blend coffees, sweet and savoury snacks and house made pastries for both eat-in and takeaway. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8am until dusk, extending our opening hours in the summer, offering informal park dining.
You will be working with our own, unique Pear Tree Cafe blend of coffee, made by Volcano - a small-batch, local coffee roastery - and a new La Marzocco espresso machine.
Pear Tree Cafe opened their first cafe in Battersea Park in 2016 and has quickly built a fantastic reputation in London’s park cafe scene, with a second cafe on Clapham Common and now our latest opening in Lincolns Inn Fields!
Barista requirements:
- Relevant barista experience working front of house at restaurants cafes bars
- Boundless energy & enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused
- Availability to work weekends
- An interest in great food and amazing coffee
- Fluent in English
- Starting pay rate of £14.00 per hour
- Fantastic working environment, as part of a young, dynamic and friendly team, in a beautifully refurbished park cafe
