I am working with a well known organisation to recruit for a number of Collections Agents to join their Customer Service Department in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining customer relationships and managing financial accounts.

Description

  • Engage with customers to discuss their accounts and arrange suitable repayment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations
  • Cooperate with the team to achieve targets and improve customer service
  • Identify opportunities to support customers in financial difficulty
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and empathetic manner

Profile

A successful Telephone Collector should have:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Previous experience in a collections role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in managing accounts and customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
