We are seeking an experienced Collections Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. Responsibilities of the Collections Executive include:
  • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Contacting clients via phone, email, and letters to discuss overdue payments and establish repayment plans.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient collections processes.
  • Adhering to all regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance with company policies.

The successful Collections Executive will require:
  • Proven experience as a Collections Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focussed.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
