Sheridan Maine is excited to partner with a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation located in the heart of Central London. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Manager to lead and enhance our client’s collections team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities of the Collections Manager will include:
  • Leading and managing the collections team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Contacting clients via phone, email, and letters to discuss overdue payments and establish repayment plans.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and ensure a seamless collections experience for customers.
  • Handling complex collections cases and resolving escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

The successful Collections Manager will require:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of collections processes, strategies, and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
