Location: Leicester

Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Commission

A large and established Insurance Broking office in the Leicester area are looking to recruit an account executives to their already impressive team.

The company has a fantastic presence and reputation in Leicester and are submerged in the commerce of the local and surrounding area’s.

The role:

Due to successful growth of the executive account accounts, there is the opportunity to inherit a portion of clients to allow you to hit the ground running and to assist you in getting your book up to a reasonable size. In addition to this you will get access to an amazing account handler team with good technical capabilities and client management skills, full claims handling support.

You will be expected to manage your clients to a high level and grow the book to a reasonable size but you will also benefit from telemarketing and marketing support which will support your new business efforts and get you in front of the right clients.

Skills:

Ideally you will have a good commercial cross class background, ideally in client management and sales

You will have good communication skills and be able to manage clients and internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Negotiation and time management skills

CII exams are preferred however full support will be provided to pursue studies and exams
