The Role:
This client-facing position focuses on driving new business development and cultivating lasting relationships with a wide array of clients. While you may inherit a small book of business and access a robust introducer referral network, the role emphasizes proactive efforts to self-generate new business. You'll contribute to innovative solutions for your clients while making the most of exclusive arrangements with top insurers.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a commercial insurance new business role (e.g., account handler, sales, or similar background)
• Proven ability to excel in face-to-face client meetings and sales
• Knowledge across Personal Lines, SME, and mid-Corporate Insurance is advantageous
• CII qualifications are desirable, with support provided for further development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
