Must Have’s

• Experience in Commercial Insurance, ideally property-focused
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting targets
• Understanding of the insurance regulatory environment

Nice to Have’s

• Property insurance (commercial/residential) experience
• Cert Cii qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Service an existing portfolio of property clients
• Develop and sell insurance solutions profitably
• Manage renewals and grow new business
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and insurers
• Support the wider team and contribute to company growth
