Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 p.a.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, gaining the satisfaction of delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, enhancing your professional network and relationship-building skills.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and surpassed, which will bolster your reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, allowing you to work in a supportive environment and deliver top-notch service to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings, keeping you at the forefront of the industry and enhancing your expertise.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth and enjoying the rewards of your success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
