Commercial Account Handler (100% Home Based)

You will be managing the insurance policies for SME accounts, which are typically high street Shop policies. As such, this will span Property / Liability, Commercial Combined covers, as well as associated commercial insurances, as required. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, dealing with new business enquiries, preparing renewals, processing mid-term amendments and answering general enquiries. "Desk-topping" these smaller clients, you will have full responsibility for managing the accounts, and in addition, you will support Account Directors with the management of some much larger, corporate accounts.

You must also have knowledge of all common commercial covers, and be prepared to develop a deep understanding of the sector in which this company operates. Our client uses the Acturis broking platform and as such, is looking for someone who is competent with this software.

This role is 100% home-based and you will, of course, be provided with all the home-office technology you need to thrive. Whilst it is a full-time position, this forward-thinking employer is happy to allow some flexibility around the school run and other such family commitments.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus generous bonus, pension and host of other benefits.
