Your new roleYour new role working as a Commercial Account handler means you will be responsible for undertaking administrative and customer service tasks, helping assist the team and offer great customer service experience to the clients. You will support the Commercial team, dealing with renewals, MTA's and new business policies.
What you need to succeedYour previous experience working as an Account Handler dealing with Commercial business, will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will be cert CII qualified or working towards. You will have confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to work to your own initiative and have good attention to detail.
