Job Title: Commercial Account Handler 

Location: Essex

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Insurance Industry Sectors: Broker, Brokerage, Commercial Insurance 

An established international brokerage is seeking a Commercial Account Handler. This role will suit an individual who is looking to learn/develop within their career. Our client is open to individuals from a Personal Lines background. 

About the Role

• Role will be all commercial account handling duties dealing with international business
• Opportunity to deal with existing clientele
• Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance where necessary
• Onsite training
• The position is for a Commercial Account Handler, ideally with about  4years' experience handling commercial combined packages or an individual looking to get into commercial
• Office base but home working also considered depending on experience
• Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets
• Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts
• Working under minimal supervision and be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
• Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns

Role Requirements

• Computer literate
• Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
• Ability to work in a team/team player
• Excellent communication time management negotiation presentation and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated and resilient
• Account campaign management skills
