We are delighted to be partnered with an industry leading organisation in the recycling and environmental sustainability sector to recruit a commercial administrator to join their team in Smethwick!

The Role

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be supporting the trading, factory, sales, and contracts teams with all aspects of their commercial and administrative requirements. 
  • Providing customer reports
  • Preparing and distributing customer schedules and pricing lists
  • Creating and issuing contracts on internal systems
  • Resolve internal queries
  • Liaise with transport and weighbridge personnel 
  • Handle admin related customer queries
  • Ensure strong contact links with existing suppliers and customers


Required Skills & Experience

We're ideally looking for individuals with exceptional organisation skills who are able to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multi-task daily. 

Other key skills include:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Competent with MS office and learning internal systems
  • Ability to work well as part of a team


What's in it for you?
  • Starting salary of £27,000
  • Full-Time, Permanent contract
  • 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday
