Job Description
- Manage and administer complex contract requirements for key clients, including Basic Agreements and Long-Term Contracts
- Analyse performance metrics, delivery schedules, terms & conditions, and ensure full contract compliance
- Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including technical and commercial evaluations
- Support bid initiation by coordinating cross-functional input and developing compliant proposal packages
- Negotiate complex terms and conditions, pricing, and contract changes while effectively mitigating risk
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to resolve claims or disputes
Commercial and Contract Specialist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience in contract management, ideally within the aerospace, defence, or engineering sectors
- Strong background in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management
- Solid understanding of legal and corporate compliance requirements
