Role: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer Opportunity
Location: Remote (Head Office in London)
Hourly Rate: £50 - £55 per hour
Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months (Immediate Start Available)

Are you an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for a flexible, high-impact role within a prestigious large organisation? CRA Consulting is currently seeking a talented and motivated Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our client's dynamic legal team on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
* Providing legal advice on contractual matters and commercial law
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate contract management
* Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with commercial transactions

Qualifications:

* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or legal executive with a valid practicing certificate
* Proven experience in commercial contracts law, preferably within a large organisation
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
