Commercial Contracts Senior Paralegal / Legal Executive - Farnborough

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

This is an internal role which will involve overseeing the firm's supplier contracts. Duties will include: drafting contracts (e.g. service agreements and supply contracts), reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, providing legal advice (on the legal implications of contract terms and helping internal clients to understand their rights and obligations), risk management, compliance (ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations), assisting in resolving any disputes that arise from contractual agreements (either through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation), etc.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years' commercial contracts experience.
