Commercial Controller

Futures Recruitment is looking to appoint a Commercial Controller for our growing client based in the East Yorkshire region. The successful Commercial controller will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial contracts with excellent communication and stakeholder management. You will have the ability to manage high value and high-volume projects and resolve any issues throughout.

This is a genuinely exciting business who work in a niche corner of the market, with a solid business model supplying to a range of industries nationally.

Commercial Controller / Projects / Quantity Surveyor / Construction

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage high value high volume projects end to end.
• Work within internal and external stakeholders to complete the projects.
• Ability to review commercial contracts.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Visiting clients when required
• Manage the cash collection process.

Skills & qualifications:

• Experienced within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• High level communicator
• Quantity surveying experience is advantageous.
