Commercial Customer Advisor

As Commercial Customer Advisor within a growing team of Insurance professionals, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local Insurance business.

Ensuring their Customers always receive exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations?explaining the benefits of policies and?undertake insurance transactions with a 'can-do' enthusiasm.

Also following full training, you will be able to cross sell general Commercial Insurance?and Financial Services products?to existing clients and assist with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.?

You'll be working for a business who delivers a first-class service and provides helpful Insurance products across the local region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything they do.

As a Customer Advisor your responsibilities will include:

• Providing sales and general Insurance service for their?customers. As you gain more experience you will be trained in Commercial Insurance so you can assist smaller business customers.?
• Reviewing customer policies and helping retain business.?
• Processing all customer instructions for policy amendments.?
• Identifying and initiating cross-selling opportunities.
• Speaking with members of the Public and Commercial Clients both face to face and over the telephone

To be a successful Customer Service Adviser you will:

• Demonstrate drive and a can-do attitude to provide fantastic customer service.
• Be a confident and effective communicator, with good interpersonal skills.
• Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required.
• Previous experience in a commercial customer facing role or handling multiple clients would be advantageous
