Cardiff or London - Office / Site Based Position

£70,000 - £80,000 + Mileage Allowance + Progression + Sociable Company + Pension + Great Holiday Package

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a background in Heat Pumps, District Heating, Solar or other Carbon Technologies?

This is a fantastic opportunity a leading low carbon technology specialist, the role will involve heading up the M&E team, with the opportunity to put your own 'stamp' on the division.

This company specialises in providing sustainable solutions to ensure their clients have more efficient water consumption and reduced carbon emissions. They work closely with a range of public and private clients to help them achieve their sustainability goals and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

In this role you will be a key management figure within the M&E division, coordinating all Site Managers. Within the division, you will be the 'go to' technical point of contact whilst helping the business grow. This would ideally suit someone with previous Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come into one of the UK's leaders in the housing market for Communal and District Heating, who also boasts international status with offices globally.

*Overseeing projects from cradle to grave

The Person:
*Commercial Manager, Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar
*Background - Heat Pumps, District Heating, Solar or Carbon Technologies
*Experience of Decarbonisation Projects
*Experience of reviewing and signing off designs
