IN2Consult / Commercial Finance Analyst / 12 month FTC / up to £35,000 pa / Hybrid / Weybridge

IN2Consult are working with a very large hospitality company who needs a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team for the next 6 + months. This role is part of a large project that has a good chance of being extended. You will need to have a strong background in analysis & accounting as well as an understanding of dealing with suppliers or at least have experience in a supplier/hospitality experience. Please see below the responsibilities & essential skills -

Responsibilities -

  • Provide analytical support
  • Conduct product analysis
  • Analysing overrider opportunities on consolidated spends
  • Providing a range of periodic analytical reporting based on the project's specific purchases
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting of procurement benefits (synergies) across the acquisition project
  • Understanding available data sources and how these integrate with each other
  • Creation of commercial analyses in a wide range of workstreams
  • Ability to understand/model complex commercial rebate & pricing structures
  • Scenario Modelling/what if analysis, delivering dynamic/manipulable summaries to support & expedite business decision & sign off process
  • Delivering initiative-taking ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision making
  • Visibility at business head offices to support operators as and when the business requires

Essential Skills -

  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Background in analysis & accounting
  • Experience in hospitality, catering or supplier based businesses
  • Strong commercial acumen
