We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the Commercial Finance team, acting as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.

The role involves maintaining the commercial sales database and using it to deliver accurate business insights and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Address queries from sales teams
• Business Forecasting: Assist in generating accurate customer and product forecasts, supporting long-term planning, budgeting, and quarterly reforecasting
• Data Maintenance: Ensure data integrity, update for new products, price changes, and promotions
• Month-End: Post sales and margin data, assist with reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and support monthly Board reports
• Business Partnering: Work closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure financial controls and budget adherence

Ideally looking for:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar analyst role would be advantageous
• Sage & Exceedra experience is a plus
• AAT or CIMA part-qualified preferred
