£35,000 - £50,000 plus bonuses = £70,000+ ( year two £100,000 OTE )

An exciting opportunity has arisen with an award winning, property and finance business based in Edinburgh who are looking to expand their Commercial Finance offering. They have a values driven culture and hard focus on client service.

• As a Commercial Property Finance Broker, you will asses client's requirements, providing advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, and development finance, therefore having some experience in these areas is ideas. Training will be available.
  
  Requirements

• Previous Mortgage and or Commercial Finance Broker experience.
• Customer focused and values driven
• Provide property finance advice and guidance to clients
• Able to research and prospect to build own professional introducer and client base
• Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders
• Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved

Commercial Mortgage Broker Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Bridging finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgages.
  Comprehensive understanding of finance products.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Quick rapport-building capabilities and the ability to create lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Previous experience as either a Mortgage and or Commercial Finance Broker.
