Commercial Finance Director - Basildon - Retail - £90,000 and above

A highly successful organisation within the retail space that supply directly to customers but also through various Commercial channels, is seeking a strong Commercial Finance Director to join their organisation.

  • Strategic leadership of all commercial and finance matters
  • Ensuring strong commercial awareness of all projects and contracts
  • Proactive, updating the Board on key commercial and financial performances across the company’s operations, contracts and projects
  • Promoting continuous commercial improvement

The Candidate

  • Commercial Finance, Director leadership experience to date
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with enhancing contracts
  • Proven track record of enhancing a company’s commercialism, finance operations and contracts
  • Hands on, driven, energetic and professional
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strategic, confident and aspirational individual, strong man management skills

Package

  • Up to £90,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Pension
  • Staff discount portal
  • 40 hour week, flexible between 7am and 6pm
  • Hybrid working, 4 days per week in the office
