They are seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join their team in Milton Keynes, offering fast-tracked progression and the chance to make a significant impact on the UK population.

In this pivotal Commercial Finance Manager role, you will:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P&L results, to the Group on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Oversee and review Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns across various jurisdictions.
• Lead the monthly and annual payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, continuous process improvement, and effective stakeholder management.
• Spearhead year-end duties, guiding the Financial Accounting team to complete all tasks and maximise the integrity of financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to all internal control requirements.
• Review and approve fixed asset additions, disposals, and associated reporting to the Group.
• Collaborate with auditors and statutory bodies, providing clear, accurate, and timely information and submissions.

The ideal Commercial Finance Manager will possess:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong suitable commercial finance experience on the UK or top ten accounting firm background
• Proven success in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical and technical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Robust technical knowledge of IFRS and taxation.
