Commercial Gas Operations Manager

Operations Manager is required for our client to join their Energy Services who have 48-year track record of delivering energy efficiency & environmental solutions to their clients such as Skanska, Sky and Mercedes Formula 1.

The Energy Service was formed in 2017 and currently they operate and maintain over 25 energy centres in the capital for leading energy and infrastructure organisations, many of which operate 24/7.

The role of an Operation Manager is to manage and operate the engineering team in The Energy Service division. Key duties include;

• Manage the daily operations of the team in Energy Services
• Manage services to contract terms
• Manage customer relationships
• Mentor and support the team
• Manage team sales and profit performance to budget

The department is currently in period of growth over the next 2 years and key objectives include;

• Achieve excellent customer rating and drive KPIs
• Implement innovation to a new service delivery plan
• Mobilise new heat network sites
• Achieve & surpass team budget

• Accredited management qualification or certificate
• BTEC Higher Engineering HND
• Live in around commutable distance to London
• Have a H&S qualification
• Have a full UK drivers Licence

• £60k per annum DOE
• Travel/Car allowance
• 23 days holiday plus bank
• 4% Pension
• Bonus scheme department performance
