Our client is an established BIBA general insurance broker and part of the BROKER NETWORK. They arrange a broad spectrum of Private Client and Commercial Business cover with an emphasis on technical expertise and client focused service.

In this role you will become a key member of a small, dedicated commercial team and work with prospective and existing clients to place and service a range of different SME business and property owners covers.

Overview

  • Understand a clients insurance needs and risk profile
  • Prepare broking presentations
  • Identify suitable insurers and products
  • Negotiate to obtain the best cover and rates
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the placement process and during the lifecycle of the policy.
  • Develop long-term relationships that create loyalty and trust.

Candidate profile

  • Experience within UK commercial insurance
  • A client-first ethos and a desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with diligence, innovation and resourcefulness
  • Possess a can-do and team orientated mind-set
