Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Manchester Top 100 Law Firm PQE 2+ We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Solicitor with around 2+ years of PQE in Manchester as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. The successful candidate will join their thriving firm, within their extensive, highly reputable, and expanding department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage diverse cases in reputation management and media engagement. - Provide strategic advice to protect clients before and after publication. - Handle crisis management, defamation and privacy issues. - Protect confidential information, address harassment, and advise on data protection. Desired Skills/Knowledge: - Minimum of 2 years' experience within commercial law and litigation procedures - A strong understanding of data privacy issues - An excellent communicator and negotiator - Effective team player with strong business development skills.
