Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Opportunity available to join an esteemed Litigation team as a Senior Associate, recognised in Chambers and Legal 500, to handle diverse, high-profile disputes for a variety of clients, including large corporates, public bodies, and private individuals.
About the Role
- Support lead partners and senior fee earners on complex commercial litigation disputes.
- Independently manage cases involving contractual disputes, corporate disputes, professional negligence, and more.
- Meet financial and chargeable targets.
- Maintain case management records.
- Participate in business development initiatives, training, and networking.
- Assist and supervise junior lawyers.
- Produce client reports.
Our client seeks a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE and possess experience in handling a broad range of commercial litigation disputes including:
- Strong caseload management skills with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
- Critical thinking, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and client protocols.
- Proficiency in IT and multitasking.
- Team collaboration and independent work capabilities.
