  • Job Title: Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation
    Location: Bristol
    Salary: Competitive, based on experience

    A leading and innovative law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of complex, multi-track commercial disputes, working within a firm that values collaboration, career progression, and high-quality legal service delivery.

    As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with senior colleagues, supervise junior team members, and handle litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) cases.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including multi-track disputes.
    • Handle cases from initial assessment to trial, mediation, or ADR.
    • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on litigation risks and case strategy.
    • Represent clients in County Court, High Court, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
    • Accurately assess prospects of success and financial risks of litigation.
    • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality legal work.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, client-focused legal services.

    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Significant experience in commercial litigation, particularly multi-track disputes.
    • Strong knowledge of court procedures, case strategy, and risk assessment.
    • Experience with ADR, mediation, and cost-effective case resolution.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
    • Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality legal solutions.
