What will you do? 

  • Run your own caseload, including: 
  • Company, shareholder, partnership and commercial contract disputes (and possibly data protection and intellectual property disputes)
  • Potential to advise on insolvency and other matters as and when they arise 
  • Inherit a caseload and build upon it 
  • Bring your own specialism to advise on 
  • You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm – with full assistance from the in-house marketing team
  • If offered at partnership level, then supervise juniors and trainees

What do you need? 

  • To be a solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 4 years PQE 
  • General Commercial Litigation experience 
  • Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed and encouraged
